  7. Purchasing products and services
    • 7.1 Although we make every effort to give an accurate description of the goods and services, we make no guarantees as to the accuracy, timeliness, or error-free nature of such description.
    • 7.2 In spite of our best efforts, there can be occasions where the prices of the goods and services are incorrect. When you submit your order, the correct price of the good or service will be shown, and it is advised that you verify this before completing the payment.
    • 7.3 In addition, we maintain the right to change the rates at any moment and without prior notification or explanation.
  8. Order
    • 8.1 Right now, you can buy our goods and services on the website. We will process your order once the payment gateway we use has successfully completed processing your purchase.
    • 8.2 On weekdays (Monday through Friday), orders are normally completed in twenty-four (24) hours, and on weekends (Saturday through Sunday), in 72 hours. We will use the email address you provided on our order form to send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has been fulfilled. This email will function as your digital purchase confirmation and provide the details you require to retrieve the product downloads, if relevant.
  9. Cancellations, refunds, and returns
    • 9.1 Mental Health Counseling and other services
      Once our Mental Health Counseling and other services (whether single or numerous sessions) are bought, there are no returns, as coaching is focused on personal responsibility and accountability. If a customer behaves disrespectfully or uses offensive language, among other things, ISOL will take them out of the sessions and terminate their involvement. There will never be a refund given to the customer.
    • 9.2 Digital products: recordings of audio and/or video, meditations
      After your order is confirmed, all digital products—including audios, videos, manuals, PDFs, and other materials—are placed on account and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
    • 9.3 There are no refunds or reimbursements for purchases of events, seminars, or workshops.
    • 9.4 ISOL retains the right to decide any issues arising from or related to any disputes at its sole and absolute discretion. There will be no more discussions after this decision, which is final and definitive.
  10. Termination
    • 10.1 At our sole and absolute discretion, we may, by giving you notice and taking appropriate action, stop using your account on our website and disable your password and email address in order to prevent you from accessing the account. In the event that you break any of these terms and conditions, act inconsistently with any of the terms and conditions outlined here, or if we determine it is not appropriate for you to proceed, we reserve the right to disable your access to the account.
    • 10.2 You can also close your account with us by sending us a written notification that gives us seven days' notice.
