This next photograph was taken in the early morning along the beach in New Smyrna Beach, FL. Watching the early morning sunlight shimmer over the waters of the Atlantic Ocean are a sight to see. The way the clouds, water, and sand rework that beautiful light sends my soul to magical places. Please enjoy this next photograph.
No picture this morning.
I have no picture to post this morning. It is still on the camera and I don’t have the means to upload it right now. I will have a few to post soon, as there was some nice lighting last night and this morning.
Magical Morning Light
This next photograph was taken in the early morning light along the shores of Lake Erie. It is not a picture of the beach or the water, it is a photograph of light filtering through the trees and falling so softly on the grass, flowers, and a bench. Although there is a bit of post-processing done in Lightroom to really bring out the softness of the scene, the photograph is basically unlatered.
There is a certain magical quality to this photograph, a lone bench in an enchanted woodland location. It brings back imagery of fairy tales and the mystique that surrounds them.
Caribbean Light
I am always in search of light, not just any light, but the perfect light. The thing is there are many different situations that this perfect light exists in. Sometimes it’s in the morning and other times it’s in the evening. It could be lightning or the way that light reflects off a human subject. This first photograph, I don’t like to call them pictures, is of perfect morning light. It is light reflecting off the Caribbean, and it is perfect. It is beautiful and perfect. Please feel free to follow the link to the image in it’s gallery.
